Its master-planned project, FIESTA Communities Aguso, was named Best Connectivity Housing Development (Asia) during the Grand Final held on December 12, 2025 at The Athenee Hotel. The award recognized the development’s strategic location and accessibility, with convenient links to major roads, schools, healthcare facilities, and essential services.

In addition, FIESTA Communities was named a Finalist in the Best Affordable Housing Developer category, highlighting its continued leadership in delivering accessible housing solutions.

The PropertyGuru Awards is regarded as one of Asia’s most competitive and respected real estate award programs, gathering top developers from markets such as Hong Kong, China, Macau, Australia, Sri Lanka, Japan, and Indonesia.

Company officials said the recognition affirms FIESTA Communities’ mission to provide safe, dignified, and affordable housing for Filipino families. Many of its projects are offered in partnership with the Pag-IBIG Fund, expanding homeownership opportunities nationwide.
