FOUR MOST WANTED FUGITIVES NABBED IN CENTRAL LUZON OPS

In a series of intensified operations across Central Luzon, police units under the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) successfully arrested four individuals on the Most Wanted Persons (MWPs) list on June 1 and 2, 2025.

In Malolos City, Bulacan, 20-year-old Joseph Paraiso was apprehended for three counts of Statutory Rape. The warrant, issued by the Family Court Branch 4, offered no bail.

Later the same day, police arrested Felix San Buenaventura, 59, in Capas, Tarlac. He faces two charges of Statutory Rape and one of Rape by Sexual Assault, all non-bailable.

In Sta. Cruz, Zambales, Renato Fernandez, 52, was taken into custody for Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to R.A. 7610, with a bail set at Php180,000.

The following day, June 2, authorities arrested Steven Alarcon, 23, in Sta. Maria, Bulacan. He is charged with Rape (no bail) and Acts of Lasciviousness (Php180,000 bail).

PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Jean Fajardo commended the dedication and professionalism of Central Luzon police forces and called on the public to continue supporting efforts to maintain peace and order in their communities.
