Geared towards improving the quality of public service to the citizens of the City of San Fernando, the city government introduced the KAYABE hotline.
Launching the voice connectivity integration or one hotline number, Mayor Vilma Caluag promoted the centralization of voice connectivity in the city to serve Fernandinos better through 961-HELP (4357).
The Kayabe Hotline System is the first in Central Luzon.
“This initiative will be able to contribute well not only in terms of governance but also in catering to the needs of the residents of San Fernando. The existence of the hotline will also provide faster and better communication and coordination with the LGU,” said Caluag.
For the welfare of Fernandinos. the city mayor has been supportive of system innovations for digital transformation.
Through the technology developed by Gur Lavi Corporation (GLC), information dissemination and provision of updates will be a lot easier and quicker across the 35 barangays especially in times of disasters.
“This will enhance the internal and external communication in the city government to quickly act during emergencies and calamities,” said GLC President and CEO Erwin Co.
Co furthered that even city government employees may remain connected to their colleagues by using the Telavi application.
