The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has formalized a partnership with Berthaphil through a memorandum of understanding aimed at advancing aviation-related industries and strengthening an integrated business ecosystem in the Clark Civil Aviation Complex and New Clark City.

The agreement was signed by BCDA President and Chief Executive Officer Joshua M. Bingcang and Berthaphil President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Herman at the InvestPhilippines Business Pavilion during the World Economic Forum.

BCDA said the partnership underscores the Philippines’ readiness to engage global capital and scale up investment opportunities in strategic growth areas, particularly in Clark’s aviation and business hubs.

Also present at the signing were Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the World Trade Organization Manuel A.J. Teehankee and Representative Brian Poe Llamanzares.
