Former Clark International Airport Corporation President Victor Jose “Chichos” Luciano visited Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda at the Capitol to discuss the land title of the one-hectare property where the Magalang District Hospital now stands.
The Luciano family had previously donated the land to benefit Kapampangans. However, according to Governor Pineda’s legal officer, Atty. Kurt, the original owner’s copy of the land title is missing, making an amendment to the deed of donation necessary for the Capitol to formally secure ownership.
The Luciano family is also known for other significant contributions to the province, including the provincial road leading to PSAU, the parcel of land hosting Magalang LGU’s Gymnasium and Sports Center, and the recently opened bypass road in Brgy. San Nicolas Uno, which helps ease traffic congestion along the Aquino Highway.
