At the latest installment of The Blueprint by Globe, Globe Telecom, through its Globe AT HOME brand, unveiled its Home AI with Built-in Broadband initiative, integrating fiber ports directly into new property developments to ensure instant, high-speed internet access upon move-in.
The initiative eliminates the need for post-construction drilling or lengthy installations, allowing homeowners to enjoy seamless connectivity for work, entertainment, and smart home use from day one.
According to Abigail Cardino, Vice President and Brand Head of Globe Broadband Business, the company envisions fiber connectivity as a basic utility, as essential as water and electricity, delivering what it calls “Digital Peace of Mind” for Filipino households.
Globe AT HOME’s GFiber Plans offer speeds of up to 2.5 Gbps, powered by the latest Wi-Fi 7 modem and 5G Wi-Fi technology for uninterrupted connectivity. These features support Home AI and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies that dynamically manage bandwidth to ensure smooth streaming, gaming, and smart device integration.
To further strengthen its service commitment, Globe AT HOME introduced its Gold Standard Service anchored on a 24-Hour Rule, guaranteeing installation, modem upgrades, or repairs within 24 hours. Customers will also receive proactive updates through the GlobeOne app, while the company’s CARE Squad assists in optimizing home connectivity systems. The CARE-AVan will provide on-the-spot installations, upgrades, and gadget demonstrations in communities.
Globe said the launch underscores its push to redefine connectivity beyond speed, focusing on reliability, accessibility, and an elevated digital home experience for Filipino families.
