Globe has announced the winners of the 11th Globe Media Excellence Awards (GMEA@11), recognizing the outstanding work of journalists and content creators who drive impact, promote digital empowerment, and champion sustainability through compelling storytelling.
“This year’s awardees showcase exceptional journalism that not only informs and inspires but also creates real change in their communities,” said Yoly Crisanto, Globe’s Chief Sustainability and Corporate Communications Officer. “Through GMEA@11, we honor their dedication to innovative, responsible journalism.”
Reflecting the theme #Igniting Progress, the following individuals were celebrated for their excellence in various categories:

In addition to cash prizes, winners will receive a sustainably-designed trophy made from recycled plastic, created by UNOSINOTRA, a Cebu-based design studio. The new trophy symbolizes momentum and the power of impactful journalism that pushes boundaries and drives conversations with purpose. Its minimalist yet creative design captures the essence of storytelling that resonates with clarity and strength.
