Globe expands physical stores to strengthen customer experience

Globe Telecom is ramping up the reopening and expansion of its physical stores nationwide as part of its customer-first strategy, complementing its digital services with face-to-face support.

The company said the move ensures customers have access to expert assistance, device upgrades, and lifestyle-driven solutions where they live and work.

“Our true North Star is the customer. Whether online or offline, we will be there for them,” said Globe President and CEO Carl Cruz.

Globe recently reopened its upgraded Robinsons Manila store, redesigned to provide tailored in-store experiences. In the regions, it is rolling out agile formats like the Globe Microshop in Boracay and TM Tindahan outlets in Vigan and Sorsogon City, which embed services such as 5G-ready devices, broadband plans, and GCash cash-ins directly into local communities.

In the Visayas, Globe also launched a pop-up store in Bohol as part of efforts to expand access to next-generation digital solutions.

“These touchpoints help us stay relevant in the daily lives of Filipinos by building stronger, more personal connections,” Cruz added.
