Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on June 18 awarded Certificates of Commendation to Angeles City Traffic Development Office (ACTDO) traffic enforcers Salvador Guanizo and Kyallenbert Timbol for their deed of honesty – they found and returned a wallet to its rightful owner.

The Angeles City government also rewarded Guanizo, and Timbol with a cash incentive worth ₱5,000 each.
