Congressman Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. awarded Certificates of Recognition and cash incentives to members of the Open Wakeboard Team in recognition of their Bronze Medal finish at the 2025 Southeast Asian Games.
Honored during the awarding were athletes Derek Hewitt, Frenchesca Mae Coo, and Mark Louie Camomot, along with their coaches Carlo Dela Torre and Jianna Dela Torre.
The recognition underscores the athletes’ dedication and hard work in representing the country on the regional stage, as well as the vital role of their coaches in guiding the team to international success.
