Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) formally opened the celebration of its 140th Founding Anniversary and 11th Charter Anniversary with a solemn Wreath-Laying Ceremony held at the University Facade.
Members of the PSAU Administrative Council, alumni—including a representative from the Pioneer Batch of 1958—along with university officials and local government leaders, gathered to pay tribute to the institution’s enduring legacy. The ceremony honored generations of leadership, service, and excellence that have shaped PSAU, while reaffirming its commitment to nation-building and academic growth.
The wreath-laying symbolized both remembrance and renewal, marking PSAU’s proud past and its continued journey toward a future filled with promise and innovation.
