Hann Foundation Inc. (HFI) together with the Provincial Government of Tarlac led the inauguration and turnover of the New Construction Skills Laboratory Building in Tibag, Tarlac City on July 18, 2023. 

Tarlac Governor Susan Yap,  2nd District Congressman Christian Yap, Tarlac Provincial TESDA supervising officer Irene Taborlupa cut the ceremonial ribbon, with the Board of Directors and Members of Hann Foundation Inc.

Also present were Tarlac Board Members Harmes Sembrano, Joy Gilbert Lamorena and Christopher De Los Reyes.

Special messages were delivered by HFI Director Mitchell Amador-Estacio, TESDA Tarlac OIC Leonardo Tabamo, TESDA NC II graduate Brian Pangilinan, Tarlac Representatives Jaime D. Cojuangco (1st District), Christian Yan (2nd District), Noel Rivera (3rd District), Vice Governor Carlito David and Gov. Susan Yap.

Because the event coincided with the birthday of HFI Director Mitchell Amador-Estacio, she was handed a bouquet of flowers by Rep. Yap.

The New Construction Skills Laboratory Building will serve as a training facility for out-of-school youths (boys and girls)  willing to learn carpentry skills. The facility will also house the new Carpentry, Masonry and Heavy Equipment Workshop of Tarlac Center for Learning and Skills Success (CLASS).
