Hann Foundation extends typhoon recovery aid to Aurora

Hann Foundation, Inc. (HFI) has extended assistance to communities affected by last year’s typhoons through a ₱1 million donation benefiting around 2,000 individuals in Aurora.

The initiative was carried out in partnership with Ako ang Saklay Foundation, a non-government organization that supports marginalized communities. Through the collaboration, 5-kilogram bags of rice were distributed to the most vulnerable families in the province.

The outreach mission also included support from employees of Hann Philippines, Inc.. Following an employee clothing donation drive held in December 2025, a total of 18 boxes of sorted clothing, towels, and bedsheets were delivered to Aurora.

HFI also announced that more than 22 boxes of in-kind donations are scheduled for delivery to Cebu in the coming weeks.

According to the foundation, the initiative reflects the organization’s commitment to transforming compassion into action, from employee donations and sorting efforts to on-ground distribution. HFI also expressed gratitude to its partners for supporting the project.

The foundation emphasized that the spirit of bayanihan continues beyond disaster response, as communities work together toward long-term recovery and rebuilding.
