InLife bags two Silver Anvil Awards

Insular Life (InLife) has been honored with two Silver Anvil Awards from the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP), recognizing the company’s excellence in public relations.

InLife’s employee engagement and internal communication initiative, “I am InLife. I Win In Life,” won in the PR Program – Employee Engagement category. The company’s Insular Foundation’s Employee Volunteerism Program also took home a Silver Anvil in the PR Program – Corporate Social Responsibility category.

The “Win In Life” program, a year-round wellness initiative, focuses on the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of InLife’s 700 employees nationwide. This program is complemented by the internal communication campaign “I Am InLife,” which fosters employee pride through a series of inspiring articles and video stories.

InLife’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Rozana G. Pecson, dedicated the award to the company’s employees, saying, “Our employees are our greatest asset. By encouraging them to take charge of their holistic wellness through activities and events, we stay true to our mission of helping Filipinos lead A Lifetime for Good.”

Insular Foundation Executive Director, Ana Maria R. Soriano, expressed pride in the award, highlighting the Foundation’s role in addressing key social issues like education, poverty, and environmental protection. “This Anvil award will inspire us to continue supporting students in our partner public schools, caring for communities in need, and protecting the environment,” she said.

The Anvil Awards, often regarded as the “Oscars of public relations,” honor outstanding PR programs and tools that have a positive impact on businesses and society.
