To provide customized financial solutions specifically made for Nepo Center tenants, JDN Realty Group signed an agreement with BPI Business Banking on June 11, 2024,.
With this partnership, Nepo Center tenants, including those in Dagupan and Alaminos, may scale up and further grow their businesses through the BPI Ka-Negosyo Loan. With minimal documents required and with no collateral, tenants may apply for loans starting at P300k up to P5M with just 0.84% monthly – a special rate obtained by JDN by not accepting commissions. In addition, loan applicants are only required to pay for the interest on the first three months. Monthly amortization will start on the fourth month.
Signatories of the agreement are JDN President & CEO Rick H. Wilkerson, JDN Finance Controller Raquel Pangilinan, BPI SVP & Business Banking Segment Head Dominique Oclasia, and BPI VP & Business Banking Distribution Head Rhodora Pagulayan.
