JDN Realty Group, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, conducted its first blood donation drive of 2026 on March 6 at Newpoint Mall.

Dubbed “Once a Donor, Always a Lifesaver,” the activity was organized by the company’s Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) department and led by EHSS Manager Trixie N. Valdes as part of JDN Realty Group’s continuing efforts to support life-saving initiatives in the community.

The blood donation drive has become a regular tradition for the company, providing a safe and accessible venue where volunteers, mall-goers, and members of the community can take part in the simple yet meaningful act of donating blood.

Employees of JDN Realty Group also participated in the activity, with several staff members volunteering as donors in support of the cause.

A total of 92 individuals registered for the blood drive, with 68 bags of blood successfully collected, which organizers said could help save more than 100 individuals in need of blood.

As the company’s first blood drive for the year, the initiative aims to encourage more community members to take part in similar life-saving activities in the months ahead.

Through programs such as the blood donation drive, JDN Realty Group continues to strengthen its commitment to community service, emphasizing that every blood donation has the potential to save lives.
