Joseph Pascua Alcazar named new CIAC President and CEO

The Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) has welcomed Joseph Pascua Alcazar as its new President and CEO. With over 27 years of management expertise in marketing, business development, information, and telecommunications, Alcazar brings a wealth of experience to his new role, backed by a solid track record in both corporate leadership and public service.

A Communications graduate from the University of the Philippines and a management certificate holder from the Asian Institute of Management, Alcazar has held senior roles in major organizations, including Smart Communications and McCann Erickson. He also co-founded Gondola Mobile Solutions and chaired the Mobile Marketing Association for the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to this role, Alcazar served as Chief ICT Advisor at the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), contributing to the government’s Build, Build, Build initiative. He played an instrumental role in the successful 30th Southeast Asian Games in 2019 and recently served as President and CEO of the 11th Asian Age Group Aquatics Championships, hosted by the Philippines for the first time in February 2024 at New Clark City.

CIAC is optimistic that under Alcazar’s leadership, the organization will continue to strengthen its role in transforming Clark into a major aviation and logistics hub, further advancing regional development and economic growth.
