The weekly clean-up drive of barangays in Central Luzon, which is part of the KALINISAN Program launched by the DILG this year, continues.

Last Saturday, 15 June, Brgy. Pulung Cacutud in Angeles City is featured as a national showcase barangay in the clean-up drive led by Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs, Usec. Felicito Valmocina along with various officials of Angeles City and DILG Central Luzon.

Usec. Valmocina reiterated the important roles that the barangays play in promoting proactive care in their community and encouraged ‘community participation’ in the regular weekly clean-up drives in the barangay.
