The city government, through the Angeles City Economic Development Investment and Promotions Office headed by Irish Bonus-Llego, under the supervision of Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, hosts the Kadiwa kiosks monthly at the City Hall compound.

Kadiwa, a project launched by the Department of Agriculture in cooperation with the Department of the Interior and Local Government, is a market system that sells major agricultural goods at reasonably low prices to help poor Filipino households.
Kadiwa, being fully supported by the city government, is in the One Town One Product store to showcase locally-produced products.
