Philippine Consul General to Milan Elmer G. Cato and the Consulate General of the Philippines in Milan, Italy congratulate the Knights of Rizal (KOR) on the chartering of the Dimasalang Monte Bianco Chapter in Valle D’Aosta last September 1.

Consul General Elmer G. Cato said the new chapter, led by Filipino Community leader Jerwin Valencia, is expected to strengthen the efforts of the KOR in Italy led by Area Commander Carlos Simbillo in promoting the ideals of national hero Dr. Jose P. Rizal, especially among second and third generation Filipinos.
