Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. is an early bird at Angeles Elementary School, Barangay Pulungbulu, where he cast his vote in  the Barangay and SK Elections (BSKE).  

He was at the polling center at 7am, and queued up like everyone else.
