The Red Pillars Foundation, in partnership with the Office of Congressman Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. and in coordination with the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) of Angeles City, distributed media noche packages to Persons with Disability (PWDs) in Barangay Agapito Del Rosario on December 29, 2025.
A total of 235 PWDs received media noche packages valued at ₱500 each, provided by the Red Pillars Foundation. In addition, Congressman Lazatin extended ₱1,000 in financial assistance to 116 PWDs through a house-to-house distribution.
The activity was witnessed by Lazatin’s Chief Adviser IC Calaguas, Chief Political Affairs Officer Reina Manuel, and members of the Barangay Agapito Del Rosario Council led by Punong Barangay Mauro Mallari.
The initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to extend support and assistance to PWDs in the community, especially during the holiday season.
