Despite the heavy rains, Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel on May 26, 2023 personally visit Angeles City’s Main Evacuation Center to check on the situation of the evacuees. Also present at the evacuation center is City Social Welfare and Development Officer Edna Duaso.

Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. has declared that a food stockpile is readily available at the CSWDO and Main Evacuation Center.

“Nakahanda po ang ating food assistance sa CSWDO. We have already instructed the CSWDO to be ready in any case of assistance at the ground level,” Lazatin said.

Apart from the food assistance, necessary supplies such as hygiene kits, blankets, and mats are also prepared at the CSWDO. (Angeles City Information Office)
