Mabalacat Artist Dodjie Aguinaldo opens exhibit

Mabalacat City artist Dodjie Aguinaldo formally opened his latest art exhibit, “Still Creating, Still Becoming,” at the Clark Museum, showcasing a diverse collection of 55 artworks.

The exhibit features a range of artistic forms including paintings, sketches, sculptures, and dioramas, with many of the pieces being displayed publicly for the first time.

During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Aguinaldo was joined by Clark Development Corporation (CDC) CDC Tourism Officer III Igal Jada San Andres, Tourism Promotions Division Assistant Manager Charisse Marie, Tourism Officer II Carmen Sofia San Juan and Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) Director Noel Tulabut.

The event also drew notable figures from the local arts and cultural community, including Kapampangan poets laureate Bertong Isponga and Sergio Calayag, dance advocate Peter De Vera, Kapampangan language expert Michael Pangilinan, Kuliat Foundation Inc. Secretary Jing Torno and Sibul Ning Kalalangan artists.

The exhibit will run until April 13, 2026, offering visitors the opportunity to explore Aguinaldo’s evolving artistic journey and creative expressions.
