Marian Exhibit ‘Indung Alang Musing’

In celebration of the 195th solemnity of Nuestra Señora del Santisimo Rosario La Naval de Angeles, Museo Ning Angeles is staging its 3rd Marian exhibit “Indung Alang Musing” featuring images of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary and symbols of the people’s devotion, with testimonies and their connection to this beloved title.

Indung Alang Musing will open on September 7 and will run until September 20, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (extending until the last Mass on Sundays).

The devotion to Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary has been an integral part of our Angeles City’s history and the lives of its people since the city’s early days. Rooted in the teachings of St. Dominic de Guzman, founder of the Dominican Order, this devotion began with our forefathers, who carried an image of Our Lady for protection while clearing the land.

St. Dominic believed in the Blessed Virgin Mary’s aid during times of difficulty, and through this exhibit, we honor her countless miracles and the deepening of our faith.

By the 19th century, a small chapel was dedicated to her, and with the establishment of our city came the inauguration of our parish with Nuestra Señora del Santisimo Rosario La Naval de Angeles as its patroness. In 2024, we proudly celebrate the 195th solemnity of our beloved patroness, a tradition that has been upheld since the city’s founding.

The prayer to Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary of La Naval reminds us that her powerful intercession can transform our struggles into fulfillment, gratitude, and joy. Join us in honoring our Blessed Mother, whose love and grace continue to touch the hearts of the faithful.
