Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. and Clark Development Corporation President and CEO Atty. Agnes Devanadera on June 14, 2023 led the awarding of mobile karts to 14 beneficiaries during the turnover ceremony at the Session Hall, City Council Building.

Mayor Pogi  also handed over P5,000 livelihood assistance each to the beneficiaries, who are parents of children in conflict with the law, and children at risk.

Joining Mayor Lazatin and CDC President Devanadera during the awarding of mobile karts and livelihood assistance are City Councilors Atty. Arvin Suller and Marino Bañola, City Social Welfare and Development Officer Edna Duaso, Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officer Irish Bonus-Llego, and CDC Assistant Vice President for External Affairs Rommel Narciso.

The distribution of mobile karts is part of the Kabuhayan Mobile Kart Livelihood Program in partnership with CDC.
