Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. led the media presentation of the 19 official candidates of Mutya Ning Angeles 2023 at Best Western Plus Metro Clark Hotel.
“It is with a proud heart and honor that we introduce you our official candidates vying for the title of Mutya Ning Angeles 2023,” Lazatin said, adding that the pageant is a “celebration of beauty, camaraderie, and resiliency.”

The prestigious Mutya Ning Angeles pageant, which is a priority project staged by Mayor Lazatin for the 4th year now, is co-presented by Beautéderm Corporation, which is headed by President and Chief Executive Officer Rei Anicoche-Tan.
The coronation night is set on November 30, 2023 at the Grand Palazzo Royale. The grand winner will take home a total of ₱1.5 million in prizes, including ₱500,000 worth of Beautéderm products and BeautéHaus services.
Meanwhile, prizes for the runners up are as follows:
- 1st Runner Up: ₱200,000
- 2nd Runner-Up: ₱150,000
- 3rd Runner-Up: ₱100,000
- 4th Runner-Up: ₱50,000
Lazatin expressed thanks to Beautéderm CEO Anicoche-Tan for constantly supporting MNA. He also thanked major sponsors including Best Western Plus Metro Clark, Angeles University Foundation, Prime City Resort Hotel, Giada’s Group of Companies, G Café, SM City Clark, and Grand Palazzo Royale.

Further, Lazatin also recognized the dedication and efforts of the MNA committee in ensuring the smooth flow and success of the activities lined up leading the coronation night.
