McDonald’s Philippines has launched the “Much Malaki, Much Pinasarap” Chicken McDo, a bigger, juicier, and more flavorful version of its iconic fried chicken, priced at ₱99 with rice and a drink. The move underscores the company’s commitment to delivering quality, taste, and value to Filipino fried chicken lovers.
“Filipinos are fried chicken connoisseurs at heart, and we take that seriously,” said Ada Lazaro, McDonald’s Philippines Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “Our team works hard to ensure that every Chicken McDo meets customer expectations in taste, aroma, and appearance—without sacrificing affordability.”

The quality journey begins with McDonald’s trusted network of chicken suppliers, all accredited through a rigorous Quality Assurance process aligned with global standards. Across the brand’s 800-plus stores nationwide, trained Chicken McDo Experts ensure that each piece meets strict standards for size, breading, and cooking temperature.
Beyond the chicken itself, the full dining experience is completed with freshly cooked rice and savory gravy, consistently served across all stores.
Since its introduction in 1986, the Chicken McDo has been a staple of McDonald’s Philippines, reflecting founder Dr. George T. Yang’s vision to offer a menu tailored to Filipino tastes while maintaining global McDonald’s standards. “For 40 years, we’ve stayed committed to delivering the best Chicken McDo, and now it’s Much Malaki and Much Pinasarap for every Filipino,” Lazaro added.
The “Much Malaki, Much Pinasarap” Chicken McDo is available nationwide through dine-in, take-out, drive-thru, and delivery. For more information, visit McDonalds.com.ph or follow @McDo.ph on Facebook and @McDo_ph on Instagram.
