Mutya Ning Angeles 2023 candidates went through the individual closed-door preliminary interviews at the Prime City Hotel on November 20, 2023.

Members of the MNA working committee, including Rommel Guina, Rosette Ramos-Biag, Marlon Tuazon, Frederick Policarpio, and Angeles City Tourism Officer-in-Charge Anneleen Antonio-Sugui comprised the panel of judges.

The MNA Working Committee is headed by Lazatin’s Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel.

Sharmaine Vianne Gonzales of the Mayor’s Office served as the official tabulator of the interview. This interview constitutes 25% of the overall score for the coronation night scheduled on November 30, 2023, 6PM at the Grand Palazzo Royale. The event will be streamed live via the Angeles City Information Office Facebook page.

Criteria for the preliminary interview include:

📌 Communication Skills: Interview (30% – Relevance to Questions, Articulation & Delivery)
📌 Poise & Confidence (25%)
📌 Org Assessment (20% – Attendance, House Rules performance).
