NGCP Restores Power Transmission Services in Parts of Pampanga
The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) has restored power transmission services in parts of Pampanga at 12:16 a.m. today, November 11, 2025.
The affected area was serviced by PELCO III, following a tripping incident along the MexicoβCalumpit 69kV Line at 11:35 p.m. on November 10, caused by the passage of Typhoon Uwan. Pampanga remains under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1.
NGCP expressed appreciation to the public for their patience and understanding during the temporary power interruption.
