Department of Transportation (DOTr) Assistant Secretary for Right of Way and Site Acquisition IC Calaguas inspected the ongoing construction of the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) Clark–Calamba section in Calumpit, Bulacan.
The DOTr, under Secretary Giovanni Lopez, is targeting 100% right-of-way acquisition from Malolos to Clark by the first quarter of 2026.
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has ordered the project’s speedy completion to provide faster, more efficient travel for commuters.
