The North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) project team is recalibrating its strategies for right-of-way and site acquisition in San Fernando, Sto. Tomas, and Apalit in Pampanga, as well as Calumpit in Bulacan, to further accelerate progress on the major railway initiative.

Department of Transportation (DOTr) Assistant Secretary for Right of Way and Site Acquisition Irish “IC” Calaguas led the on-ground activities, joined by Assistant Project Manager Cris Cuadra, team leaders Jane Largo, Cielo Santillana, and Kristine Leal, along with data manager Adam Santiago.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., through Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Vince Dizon, has directed the speedy completion of the NSCR project, a key infrastructure undertaking aimed at improving mass transportation and reducing travel time for commuters.
