Philippine Airlines (PAL) has officially revived its nonstop Clark-Siargao flights, marking a significant step in the expansion of its domestic network from Central Luzon. The inaugural flight, PR 2875, took off today, December 3, 2024, from Clark International Airport (CRK), celebrated with a water cannon salute and cake-cutting ceremony attended by key stakeholders.
The thrice-weekly service reestablishes a seamless link between Clark and Siargao, eliminating the need for travelers from Central and Northern Luzon to journey to Metro Manila to reach the surfing paradise.
“This returning service is a proud milestone for PAL,” said Rabbi Vincent Ang, President of PAL Express. “We aim to provide ease and convenience to residents and tourists while opening new opportunities for Siargao residents to connect to other parts of the country via our Clark hub.”

Ang extended gratitude to LIPAD, the Department of Tourism Region 3, and aviation agencies for their efforts in reviving this route.
Noel Manankil, President and CEO of LIPAD Corp, echoed the sentiment: “As we approach the holiday season, this new route is a perfect opportunity for travelers to celebrate by the beach. Coupled with CRK’s award-winning facilities, this route promises a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.”
Siargao, famed for its world-class surfing spots, pristine waters, and laid-back island charm, has long been a favorite destination for adventure-seekers and relaxation enthusiasts alike.
