Philippine Airlines (PAL) is reopening direct Manila–Saipan flights starting March 29, 2026, strengthening its Pacific network and expanding access between the Philippines, the Northern Marianas, and key destinations across Asia and North America. The return of the Saipan route marks PAL’s seventh U.S. destination and further reinforces Manila’s role as a major gateway to the Pacific Islands, complementing current routes to Guam and Honolulu as well as upcoming flights to Palau and Guam via Cebu.
To mark the relaunch, PAL is offering special introductory fares: Economy Class starts at USD249 one-way and USD389 roundtrip, while Business Class begins at USD669 one-way and USD1,029 roundtrip. “PAL is dedicated to expanding its global presence to meet the evolving needs of the market,” said PAL President Richard Nuttall, noting that passengers can expect the airline’s signature Filipino service on every flight.
With twice-weekly operations, Manila–Saipan flights will depart every Wednesday and Sunday at 7:45 PM, arriving at 1:45 AM. Return flights leave Saipan every Monday and Thursday at 2:50 AM, reaching Manila at 5:05 AM. The convenient schedule opens seamless connections for beach travelers, divers, and returning residents, offering the Chamorro community easy access to PAL’s extensive domestic and international network via Manila.
