PNB Holdings Corporation has been recognized by BusinessWorld as one of the Best Places to Work in the Philippines for 2025, earning multiple awards that underscore its strong commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and employee well-being.
The company garnered two Excellence (Gold) Awards— Best Place to Work Across All Organization Sizes and Best Place to Work for Medium Organizations — alongside several category wins such as Best Place to Work for Women, LGBTQIA+ employees, persons with disabilities, and workers aged 55 and above. It also received Silver Awards for workplace support for ethnic minorities, employees aged 16–34, and overall employee well-being.
