PNP Tarlac outreach activities

A total of 4,606 individuals benefited from the 103 community outreach activities conducted by the Tarlac Police Provincial Office (TPPO) this 1st quarter of 2024.

Beneficiaries received food packs, rice, water, school supplies and other necessities.

Deputy Provincial Director for Operations PLtCol. Philip Antang said TPPO targets at least one community outreach activity every week in partnership with their stakeholders.

“TPPO focused on providing government services especially to those who are in need in far-flung areas. We make it possible by bringing these services to communities in different municipalities,” he added.

Apart from this, the police also hold other activities in communities in partnership with stakeholders.

These include school visitation, scholarship distribution, awarding of livelihood grants, and medical mission.

In a message, TPPO Provincial Director PCol. Miguel Guzman urged the cooperation, unity, and compassion of every Tarlac resident to maintain the peace and safety in the province.

“Peace is crucial in attaining development and progress. Each of us has a role to play in sustaining peace and order in Tarlac. Together, let us protect the peace in our province,” Guzman noted.

Recently, TPPO partnered with the Foreign National Keepers Network to provide goods and services to indigenous communities and police dependents in the towns of Bamban, Capas, San Clemente, and San Jose. (PIA 3)
