Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) is inviting all eligible employees, students, ROTC, and NSTP members to participate in its University-Wide Blood Letting Program with the theme “Every Blood Donor Is a Hero.”
The activity aims to build a reliable blood reserve for the university and ensure availability during future medical emergencies. The program is conducted in partnership with Jose B. Lingad Memorial Regional Hospital – Blood Bank Section, which will provide qualified medical personnel, equipment, and ensure safe blood donation procedures.

Eligibility Requirements:
- At least 18 years old and at least 50 kg in weight
- In good health and not sick on the day of donation
- No recent major surgery or serious medical condition
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Must pass medical screening by the partner medical team
PSAU encourages the community to take part, emphasizing that a single donation can save lives and strengthen the university’s preparedness for emergencies. Donors are reminded to bring a valid ID and are welcome to invite friends.
