In support of the welfare and rights of senior citizens in the province, the Pampanga Provincial Government has granted the National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) the use of Building No. 10 at the Capitol for a period of three years.
Covering an area of 201.4 square meters, the facility is expected to help speed up the processing of benefits and address the needs of senior citizens across the province.

The memorandum of agreement for the usufruct or temporary use of the building was signed by Governor Nanay and NCSC Chairperson Ma. Merceditas Gutierrez. The agreement was approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan through Resolution No. 9543.
The initiative strengthens collaboration between the provincial government and the NCSC in providing more efficient and accessible services for senior citizens in Pampanga.
