The Police Provincial Office of Pampanga recognized various City and Municipal Police Stations (C/MPS) and Provincial Mobile Force Companies (PMFCs) for achieving the performance governance system proficiency stage.
Also, the provincial police welcomed PBGEN Jose Hidalgo, Jr., the newly installed Police Director for Central Luzon.
Serving as the event’s guest of honor and speaker, Hidalgo expressed his support to colleagues and reiterated his advocacy in “transforming PNP into a stronger, effective and more responsive police force” for peace and public safety.
“Aside from our fellow police force, we gave recognition to our stakeholders who have been our partners in gauging the effectivity of our service,” said PCOL Levi Hope Basilio, Pampanga PPO Director.
Basilio acknowleged the role of different sectors including the Local Government Units (LGUs) and their local chief executives, women, media, academe and the youth who contribute to their mission in safeguarding the community.
Pampanga PPO accorded the Silver Eagle Award and Seal of Proficiency to Magalang MPS with PLTCOL Romeo Castro and Mayor Malu Lacson, San Simon MPS with PMAJ Narciso Zingalawa, Jr. with Mayor JP Punsalan and Bacolor MPS with PMAJ Leonardo Lacambra and Mayor Diman Datu.
Mabalacat CPS with PLTCOL Abraham Abayari, Minalin MPS with PMAJ Lalaine Gopez, San Fernando CPS PLTCOL Preston Bagangan, Candaba MPS with PLTCOL Gerald Licyayo, Masantol MPS with PMAJ Anselmo Pineda and Arayat MPS with PMAJ Rodrigo Clemente also received the trophy and seal.
Seal of Proficiency awardees were Guagua MPS with PLTCOL German Pascua, Macabebe MPS with PMAJ Brilliant Manlutac, Porac MPS woth PCPT John Paul Zapanta, 1st PMFC with PLTCOL Michael Masangkay, Sasmuan MPS with PMAJ Romwald Basa, Lubao MPS with PCPT Guido Gragasin, Sta. Ana MPS with PMAJ Fernando Manalastas and Sta. Rita MPS with PMAJ Norlito Calderon.
2nd PMFC with PMAJ Juan Felmar Aquino, Floridablanca MPS with PCPT Gary Gamboa, Mexico MPS with PLTCOL Elias Tait, San Luis MPS with PMAJ Fernando Tolentino, Sto. Tomas MPS with PCPT Jester Calis and Apalit MPS with PLTCOL Michael John Riego were the recipients of the Seal as well.
Pampanga PPO awarded plaques of recognition to PCOL Diosdado Fabian, Chief, SMAS, RPSMU3 and Police Transformation and Development (PAGPTD) Member for Academe, Dr. Dolly Quiambao.
