With the theme, “We, for gender equality and an inclusive society,” the Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) kicked off this year’s Women’s Month Celebration at their flag raising ceremony.
The provincial police officers headed by PCOL Levi Hope Basilio together with the Municipal, City, and Mobile Force Company Police Chiefs witnessed an all female in company formation during the ceremony.
Inspiring fellow women, Lubao Mayor Esmie Pineda, who served as the guest of honor and speaker shared her message of support to the PPO lady cops. “It was actually my childhood dream to be cop and I have always admired the bravery and strength of our police force. Salute to our female police for having discipline, serving tirelessly and overcoming tasks that are beyond compare,” said Pineda.
Pineda also highlighted the ‘vital’ role of policewomen who do their job well as mothers, sisters and children of the society.
