The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) marked a significant leadership turnover on January 15, 2026, signaling a renewed focus on public safety and community engagement. The ceremony was led by Provincial Director PCOL Eugene Marcelo, who outlined his vision for the office.
“Work, work, and work with heart. This is the foundation for fostering peace in our community,” Marcelo said, emphasizing collaboration, dedication, and the importance of earning the trust of Pampanga residents.
As part of the transition, key officer assignments were announced:
- PLTCOL Fercel Deloria – Acting Chief of Police, Magalang MPS
- PLTCOL Julius A. Javier – Acting Chief of Police, Mexico MPS
- PLTCOL Julius C. Alvaro – Acting Chief of Police, Candaba
- PLTCOL Julito A. Ravena II – Acting Chief of Police, Porac MPS
- PLTCOL Pearl Joy C. Gollayan – Acting Chief of Police, City of San Fernando
- PLTCOL Jesus Obillo Manalo Jr. – Deputy Provincial Director for Administration (DPDA)
- PLTCOL Romeo Padilla Castro – Chief, Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU)
- PLTCOL Jose Chalmar Gundaya – Chief, Provincial Police Strategy Management Unit (PPSMU) / OIC, HRAO
