Pampanga Technopark  launched in Mabalacat City

Mayor Crisostomo Garbo led the ceremonial launching of AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corporation’s Pampanga Technopark in Barangay Tabun, Mabalacat City. This over 200-hectare park is the first master planned, agro-industrial commercial township in Central Luzon that is expected to provide 100,000 employment opportunities, recreation, and innovation to the people of Mabalacat City.

The Pampanga Technopark is a significant development that will connect commerce and communities through its three phases: 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲, and 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲. Centro, the heart of the park, will showcase Pampanga cuisine and delicacies, hotels, retail stores, offices, working spaces, and dormitories. Market Place will feature local farmers and businessmen, while the Industrial Zone will house warehouses and logistic hubs.

Mayor Crisostomo Garbo stated  the project will provide numerous employment opportunities and contribute to the growth and development of Mabalacat City and Central Luzon. He added that the Pampanga Technopark is an excellent example of what can be achieved when the government and private sector work well together.

According to the plans presented during the ceremony by AyalaLand  Logistics Holdings Corp. President and CEO Jose Emmanuel H. Jalandoni, the Technopark will have a public bus terminal that will connect the park to the nearby cities and provinces.

Also present in this event were Vice Mayor – Atty. Gerald Guttrie Aquino, Sangguniang Panlunsod Members, City Administrator Franco Alejo Madlangbayan, Executive Director of Board of Investments-Investment Promotion Services  Evariste M. Cagatan, Executive Director of Board of Investments-Investments Assistance Center Atty. Bobby G. Fondevilla, Director of Board of Investments-Investment Promotion Services Maria Rosario J. Dominguez, Former President and CEO of ALLHC Rowena M. Tomeldan, Chief Operating Officer of ALLHC  Patrick C. Avila, Director of Board of Investments-Investment Assistance Services- Ernesto Delos Reyes, Head of the Industrial Parks and Real Estate Logistics Group of ALLHC Gabriel Luis T. Sioson, ALLHC Group, Barangay Tabun Captain Danilo Deleon and members of the Barangay Tabun Council. 

The Pampanga Technopark is an important milestone for AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. and the City of Mabalacat. It is a testament to their commitment to innovation, progress, and sustainable development. The project’s success will undoubtedly bring positive change to the people of Mabalacat City and the surrounding areas.
