The Province of Pampanga joins in mourning the passing of Hon. Clayton A. Olalia, former Board Member and Vice Governor.
Through Resolution No. 9488, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has ordered the Philippine flag in all government offices across the province to be flown at half-mast from September 5 to 7, 2025, as a tribute to his dedicated public service.
Hon. Olalia served as Board Member in 1976, 1992–1995, and 1995–1998, and as Vice Governor from 1998–2001. He was remembered for his integrity, strong leadership, and significant contributions during the rehabilitation efforts following the Mt. Pinatubo eruption.
