Starting December 1, 2025, Philippine Airlines (PAL) is making pet-friendly travel a reality with its new FurPAL program, allowing passengers to bring their small dogs in-cabin on select flights to Boracay, Bohol, and Siargao. Bookings open November 12 with a P2,500 one-way base fare.

What Is FurPAL?
🔹 PAL’s newest in-flight service for small dogs (up to 10 kg).
🔹 Available on flights between Manila and top island destinations.
🔹 Initial rollout focuses on small breeds, with plans to expand based on safety regulations.
How to Book

- Choose a FurPAL-eligible flight.
- Click Travel Boost > FurPAL to add your pet.
- Confirm details and pay — you’re ready to fly with your fur baby!
Travel Requirements
🔹 Pet age: At least 8 weeks old, fully weaned.
🔹 Limit: 1 pet per passenger, max 3 pets per flight.
🔹 Carrier: Soft-sided, leak-proof, with pee pads and ventilation; max size 17” x 11” x 9.5”.
🔹 Documents: Veterinary certificate, vaccination card, PAL waiver, and BAI shipping permit.
🔹 No sedation allowed.
Pets must stay inside their carrier under the seat throughout the flight.
