Philippine Airlines (PAL) and Xavier School have formally sealed a corporate travel partnership, marking the first collaboration under PAL’s dedicated program for educational institutions.
Under the agreement, Xavier School becomes PAL’s pioneer partner school, setting the pace for an initiative aimed at making school-related travel more seamless, convenient, and enriching for students and faculty alike.
The partnership grants Xavier School access to special travel privileges, streamlined booking processes, and expanded opportunities for experiential learning beyond the classroom. It also seeks to simplify travel logistics for academic programs, field trips, and cultural immersions, while offering unique learning experiences such as guided tours of PAL facilities and exposure to technical training programs.
PAL express President Rabbi Vincent Ang underscored the airline’s commitment to supporting the school community. “As the nation’s flag carrier, Philippine Airlines understands the importance of a reliable partner in the skies. Our commitment is to ensure that every journey taken by the Xavier School community is marked by safety, comfort, and genuine heartfelt care,” he said.
Xavier School President Fr. Joseph Haw SJ welcomed the partnership, noting PAL’s longstanding support for the school’s major programs. “PAL has always been helpful in our major programs such as Xavier China Experience and Explore Philippines. This partnership formalizes what is already evident all along,” he said, adding that the collaboration will further elevate the delivery of the school’s educational initiatives.
The signing ceremony was attended by key officials from both institutions, including PAL express President Rabbi Vincent Ang, PAL Head of Philippine Sales Bryan Ang, PAL Corporate Sales Manager John Rafael Mojica, Xavier School President Fr. Joseph Haw SJ, and Xavier School Finance Officer Celia Tan, representing Treasurer Dobbin Tan.
The partnership signals a new approach to school travel—one that blends convenience, reliability, and meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom.
