The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) took part in the Philippine Disability Convention and Expo which opened at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay City on July 15.
Touch the Artists Vision of the Rotary Club of San Juan Del Monte set up an exhibit of tangible items, or those that may be felt or touched.
The event also shared ways on how people with disabilities can learn about history.
The Philippine Disability Convention and Expo, which is organized by the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and Project Inclusion (PIN) runs until July 17. Admission is Free.
