The Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta (PIHABF) is set to take off tomorrow at sunrise, marking the much-anticipated return of the festival to New Clark City.
Earlier today, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and PIHABF formally launched the celebration with a press conference attended by partners, media, and stakeholders.

International pilots from Macedonia, Brazil, Switzerland, Belgium, the United States, and other countries were introduced by PIHABF Event Director Capt. Joy Roa, highlighting the global scale of this year’s event.
The annual fiesta goes beyond a weekend spectacle, positioning New Clark City as a premier venue for world-class events, accessible tourism, and large-scale gatherings supported by modern infrastructure and expansive open spaces.
Festival-goers can expect the skies to fill with color and excitement as the balloons lift at first light tomorrow, signaling the official start of this year’s festivities.
