As Kapampangan fashion designer Philip Torres brings the culture of Pidayit to Baguio City, the fashion brand has opened up to various collaborations.

Frontlining the Habi ng Lahing Pilipino fashion show during the North Luzon Travel Expo, Torres was able to set the bar on various regional garments and accessories as his brand gained wider attention. 

In one of his explorations to search for textile and brand tie-ups, he met Loly Gomez, the empowered woman behind Baguio’s famous Philippine Treasures, Inc.

As like-minded creatives, both designers were able to connect and exchange ideas as to how they will incorporate their styles during a factory tour.

Torres was able to include the Pidayit in the pavilion design of Central Luzon which was recognized as best in the whole North Luzon, through the leadership of DOT R-3 Director Richard Daenos.

For Philip, wearing his brand is weaving cultures, uniting artists and making the Kapampangans proud more than ever.
