The Angeles City Government, led by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., is in the thick of preparations for the Kambal Festival 2023 which happens on October 7, 2023.

On September 21, upon Mayor Lazatin’s instruction, Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel presided over a meeting with some department heads to discuss the final traffic flow, and program proper of the said event.

Present during the meeting are City Engineer Donato Dizon, Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Rudy Simeon, Angeles City Tourism Officer Anneleen Sugui, Gender and Development Officer Mina Cabiles, Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officer Irish Bonus-Llego, Information and Communication Technology Division Chief Michael Lising, and Angeles City Traffic Development Officer Francis Pangilinan.

This is the third Kambal Festival celebration during the stint of Mayor Lazatin where the identical appearance of twin-participants, creative floats and street dancers await recognition and prizes.
