Leyte First District Representative Ferdinand Martin Romualdez appeared before the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) on Tuesday morning, October 14, 2025, expressing his full cooperation in the ongoing inquiry.
“I am here to cooperate fully and help uncover the truth. Wala akong itinatago at walang dapat itago. While I was not part of the bicameral conference committee, whatever I know, I will share,” Romualdez said during the proceedings.
